In Search of her Moon wowww the manga style shading is really fantastic. What software/techniques are you using to get it?

I use CLIP Studio. It comes with hatching brushes and texture materials that act like manga tones. I often use them in Mask Layers to hide parts of layers with them, cause this dithering effect in parts, like the medallion's dusky shine or the spectral face effect.
